AOL
I defined the vision for and delivered creative solutions in support of AOL’s global network of 80+ brands, through UX mobile & web design, video, outdoor, global events, digital and print consumer campaigns. As the head of design, I managed a multi-disciplinary creative team of 26 including product and brand designers, creative directors, product managers and front-end engineers. Supported new business initiatives and pitch work with creative content, strategy and product development, helping to bring in over $175M in advertising revenue.
