AOL

I defined the vision for and delivered creative solutions in support of AOL’s global network of 80+ brands, through UX mobile & web design, video, outdoor, global events, digital and print consumer campaigns. As the head of design, I managed a multi-disciplinary creative team of 26 including product and brand designers, creative directors, product managers and front-end engineers. Supported new business initiatives and pitch work with creative content, strategy and product development, helping to bring in over $175M in advertising revenue.

Intuitive Enterprise eCommerce 








Handshake

Handshake is a global B2B eCommerce platform that allows retailers to place orders from manufacturers on any device, anywhere, anytime. I set the vision for product UX design across the Handshake software suite, designing ‘mobile first’ experiences that address the complexities of wholesale buying: multiple shopping carts, catalog creation, online store customization, etc. At every step of the design process, I implement a human-centered approach, creating intuitive, omnichannel experiences for the end user built to be consistent and manageable with a modular approach, supported by a robust design system.
Aquired by Shopify in 2018.

Viggle

Viggle is a global entertainment platform whose mobile app rewards its members for watching TV and discovering music. As head of design I set the product vision, and led a creative team to deliver on including UX, design and development. Advertising and brand activations, including event, broadcast, outdoor and instore display. Mentored integrated creative team to deliver user-centered product designs across platforms including iOS, Android, Windows and web helping grow the Viggle advertising platform to $24.1M in yearly revenue. Managed creative teams for the Viggle properties Wetpaint.com, Dijit Media and Choose Digital.
Acquired by Perk in 2016.

Wetpaint.com
Part of the Viggle network of companies, Wetpaint is one of the top 10 entertainment web destinations for young women with over 12 million monthly unique users. They create, curate and share relevant content about today's popular celebrities and TV shows. The rebrand included a back-end rewrite, new taxonomy, a simplified, intuitive UX, SEO optimization, and a mobile design with infinite scrolling. New logo treatment, colors, and rich video promotions are supported by a robust component library.
