I defined the vision for and delivered creative solutions in support of AOL’s global network of 80+ brands, through UX mobile and web design, video, outdoor, global events, digital and print consumer campaigns. Supported new business initiatives and pitch work with creative content, strategy and product development, helping to bring in over $175M in advertising revenue.
As Creative Director I managed a large, multi-disciplinary creative team, and partnered with cross-functional peers to explore new avenues that improved brand loyalty and drove revenue. Worked on the website redesign, digital collateral and video content for the rebrand of AOL’s B2B platform, AOL Advertising, which saw increased lead generation and a 58% jump in traffic.
A diverse, integrated team of 26 including product and brand designers, creative directors, product managers and front-end engineers. The team had to work across multiple global brands seamlessly and simultaneously through a period of accelerated company change, and adapted with relevant, proactive solutions.
